Where we deliver
We deliver across Pakistan. [International shipping is not available at this time.]

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within [24–48] hours on working days (Monday to Saturday), not counting public holidays.

Delivery time

• Karachi: [2–3] working days
• Other major cities: [3–5] working days
• Remote areas: [5–7] working days

Shipping charges

• [Free shipping on orders over Rs. 5,000.]
• For orders under that amount, a flat rate of [Rs. 250] applies.

Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. Please have the exact amount ready when your order arrives. If an order is refused without a valid reason, we may require advance payment for future orders.

Tracking
Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Damaged parcels
If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it, contact us within [48 hours].
