Are Frenza products made from genuine leather?
Yes, absolutely. Every Frenza product — bags, wallets, and belts — is crafted from 100% genuine cow or Napa leather. We never use synthetic or PU alternatives. If it has the Frenza name on it, it's real leather.
Where are Frenza products designed?
All our designs are original and created in-house. You won't find Frenza pieces anywhere else.
Do you offer customization or personalization?
Not at the moment — but stay tuned, we're always working on new things.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan — nationwide.
How long does delivery take?
- Main cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad etc.): 3–5 business days
- Remaining cities: 5–7 business days
How will I know my order has been placed?

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), card payments, and bank transfer — whichever is most convenient for you.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns and exchanges if you inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. The product must be in its original condition — unused, with original packaging.

Warranty
Do Frenza products come with a warranty?
Yes — all Frenza products come with a warranty covering manufacturing defects in stitching, faulty hardware, and structural issues under normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue and our team will review and guide you on next steps.
Leather Care
How do I care for my Frenza leather product?
